Father Rights Canada / I don't want to put any stress on the children.Thursday, February 27, 2020 - Fathers - Not disclosed - Fathers Rights Canada |

Hello, I am currently going through a separation and a court order was made concerning my two young boys, who are 5 and 3. It was issued February 12 that I would have visitation rights immediately, but I have not seen my children for 23 days. The lawyer I am currently using has sent half a dozen letters to my wife's lawyer stating that if she doesn't reply or allow me to see the boys she will be charged with contempt. Her Lawyer, and my wife have not responded to the request to allow visits and for days she will not respond to my mother's messages to Facetime the boys. This is becoming increasingly stressful as my wife has an eating disorder and has been hospitalized numerous times for not eating for days. There are medical files showing this. She is a good mother but I am concerned about my young children. I am very unsure what to do as I don't want to put any stress on the children. I am very scared that they think I have abandoned them from not seeing them for over three weeks.. If anyone has any advice I would be very grateful for it. Contact Location: Saskatchewan Canada |
