My son has been totally screwed by the family court, I have spent thousands on lawyers for him, but he hasn't seen his kids in over 3 years.

The bitches lawyer is one of those that encourages his clients to violate court orders as it is well know that the courts will take no action against the mother. We know this first hand after taking her to court for contempt, meeting all requirements according to the judge who then decided to not bother finding her in contempt.

At every appearance, the same thing, her lawyer is only available in later afternoons, then agrees that all other cases can go ahead, when the case comes up, blah, blah, blah, check time, blah, blah, blah, check time, time is short, suggest that the case be put over, soonest he is available, 3 or 4 months, status quo until then, a request for costs.

Repeat the following appearance, costs again. His methods, keep the father away for so long by violating orders and dragging things out, lies, false accusations, his paid for expert testimony, and then when the father hasn't seen his children for years, suggest to the courts that the father has no interest, has been out of the kids lives for so long, the kids have settled in without the father he should never see the kids.

My son is now in a position where there is a financial gag in place, unless he comes up with over $100,000 he can't even bring a motion to the courts.

I have gotten heavily involved in provincial politics in Ontario to try to make changes on that front, I donated money and campaigned for my local MPP and helped make sure she got elected, I am on my riding association as a director, I attended the PC Party convention last November where I handed out fliers about corruption in the family court system, I talked with a lot of high ranking government officials including Premier Ford.

I attended the swearing in ceremony for my municipal government as I knew the family court judge would be there and I ripped a strip off her in front of her friends.

Someone must be doing something, and I want to help. My wife passed away without being able to see her grandkids, I want to make sure that they know all about her, and I want to be the one that tells them.

So who is doing what? What can I do to help?
