Hello. I am contacting you on my boyfriend behalf. We live in B.C.

His baby mama is keeping their son from him. Twisting truths, making up stories and trying to use his past against him. She has no proof that I am aware of, but the things she is saying is absurd. Saying he uses drugs (he use to, he is clean now) saying he self harms and apparently writes notes to his ex's using his blood as ink (not true) saying he beats children (not true) says he can't hold a job and apparently does drugs at work ie. magic mushrooms (he's had his job for 3 years, don't think he would have it if he used drugs at work) using breastfeeding as an excuse, saying she wants the visits to be supervised by herself and her parents (it would be a very negative and toxic situation for him to bond with their son as her father threatens him and she is an extremely negative person as well) she is saying he is extremely emotionally abusive (I wasn't there, but to me he is just a very blunt, straight up person, and she seemed to take things very personally, but again I wasn't there, our relationship is very healthy)


He's a hard working man who is wonderful with kids. Bad history, but he's changing his life more and more every day to be better.


I don't understand the laws. If her lies will hold up, if breastfeeding matters, I am 99% sure he is not on the birth certificate.


We can unfortunately not afford a lawyer and do not qualify for legal aid.


Court is First hearing is November 6th.
