My 3 yr old does not want to see his dad every other weekend. Anyone knows when I can legally say okay he doesn't have the go? My ex has not paid any support although I receive his income tax refunds and GST refund.

Dee Marie Is there a custody and access order? If there is.....u either go to court to try to change it....or wait till he is 12 and can make his own decision.

Amanda Stamand If not police enforced then you do not have to force your son to go. Also if he doesn't come get him then he doesn't go. It's not your responsibility to do it.


Dee Marie Document everything and go back to our for changes. If there is a our order and the father doesn't show to pick up. ....not ur problem. But u cannot keep him from going if he comes to get him.

Dee Marie My access is at MY discretion and availability snd supervisef by ME. So it's up to me if I want to let him see him. Otherwise I day I'm busy or whatever and he can't say shit. The best court decision I ever made.


Trish Anne What does support have to do with this situation. Why doesnt he want r.o go? Is dad abusive? Then call cas. If dad isnt abusive then let the child have a relationship with dad regardless of money. The two don't connect


Tina Choy We went through mediation so it was agreed on him picking up and dropping off and every other weekend.
The court sees him as a deadbeat.


Dee Marie Go back to court with all of ur documentation about missed visits and missed payments. They may side with you.....van hurt to try

Tina Choy My ex is not abusive. He just lives a different lifestyle than me. There's more structure at my house. My ex constantly have people over. My son goes to bed late.c


Tina Choy I want my son to have a relationship. At least my ex wants to see him. But my child sees the difference in living arrangements and just doesn't want to go.


Trish Anne Tina you cant make the rules at his house. Sorry, you go back with that as a reason and you will lose. Talk to ex if u can rather than stop access over that. This will look like parental alienation
