Hi Alison, yes , we have the laws and can argue it but the courts are corrupted and the judges make decisions in favour of the society all the time and that's deplorable but it's what's happening in the courts and I'm very aware of it.

Apparently, the society has been delegated the powers equivalent to the state or our government although they state that they are a private organization, believe it or not, it's fact. The judges are obligated to the government and thus have a impartial viewpoint that accepts all the society alleges against you even if false.

The lawyer assigned to you are obligated to the government first, the courts second,and you last. I have experienced all of this and i speak based on my knowledge and experience.

The society in all circumstances will object to a kin becoming a party to the proceedings because they will want to try to suppress as much evidence as possible and argue that adding kin to be a party to the proceedings will cause the case trial portion to drag on and they will convince the judge in their argument that the respondent can put in the kin's plan in their submission to the courts without adding them to the proceedings and believe me, the judges will agree, God help us all, the courts are corrupt.

There is no avenue there in family court for justice. the child protection industry is worse than the criminals who are doing child trafficking because they are getting away with it and using the courts to make it totally legal.
