“A custodial parent's interference with the relationship between a child and a non-custodial parent has been said to be an act so inconsistent with the best interests of the child as to per se raise a strong probability that the offending party is unfit to act as a custodial parent.”

Below is the link to a recent custody case in New York. The mother who had custody would not properly share the child with the Father. Mother lost custody.

Parental Alienation is abusive, all parents who choose to limit time to the other parent, or deny parenting time should loose custody!! Also Parents who Alienate should be punished by Law, as this is a form of abuse towards your ex, and emotional abuse to the child.

I can only hope that this would happen to my daughters and myself. It would be amazing for the judge to order me sole custody of my daughters... But right now the judge has his mind made up. I hope that at final trial the judge pays attention to the evidence that I have showing that I havent lied about my side of the case at all. We shall see..

He must have had money, that's all they care about in Oakland county michigan. My husband is the most amazing (step) father to our disabled son, yet his bitter child's mother (who has also lied and accused him of multiple things) is living in her parents basement (she's 30!!!) and the courts won't let him even see his son because she can afford a lawyer and we can't (must be nice having no bills).

Hell I wish I could get custody of my son so I won't be denied my son and everything that has to do with him and I can raise him the right way and not like his mother. She has alienated him from me and has allowed him to be sexually abused by older kids within 4 yrs older or right at his age, 3 times.

Yes girls that is EXACTLY what can happen.With the Court costs attached.It is starting to happen more often.All dad needs is the accurate evidence.It is ABSOLUTELY about time. Love it. That should be the answer when the mother alienates the child from the father. It's very wrong to do that to a child.
