Family Court How can any person be ok destroying a family in this way?

I have not slept a wink all night. The department disclosed their evidence to me yesterday. I have done a lot of crying. Crying for the suffering of my children, crying for the suffering of my family, crying for the fact that it seems there no honesty with any worker. crying for the state of CPS and how we as the public let it become what it is today by turning a blind eye. My heart hurts. I am so exhausted mentally. How can people do what they did and sleep at night? I don't understand. Please someone explain it too me. How can any person be ok destroying a family in this way?
