Now my daughter is terrified of Police CAS and Hospitals

Hello, Peel Ontario CAS is out of control. They recently, had her admitted to hospital, convinced the Dr, and hospital to ignore all my parental rights, and used their influence to play a sick psychological game with my mind. In the mean time, CAS had the Dr. drug my daughter, with something, and the hospital won't even tell me what. This went on for 4 days, then finally on Wed evening, I got told by the CAS worker, that I would either have to sign a TCA or they would apprehend her.

The CAS worker told me that she had talked to my daughter, and that my daughter had indicated that she understood, and did not want to come home. The next day, after waiting all day for this "meeting", I got a call at 1:55pm from the CAS worker, telling me that CAS was not doing anything, and that I should just take her home. At 2pm the hospital told me that she is being discharged, to which I was very confused, and asked how can you do this? where is the discharge plan?

The only response I got, from the Ombudsman of the hospital, is that "the discharge plan was that CAS was going to aprehend her, and they just informed us that they went to court but the judge denied it, so we asked CAS what next, and they told us to send you home" This was a nightmare, now my daughter is terrified of Police, CAS and Hospitals. CAS just seems to do as they please and cause more harm than good. This is their 3rd apprehension attempt of my children.

The last time was in the fall, when the CAS worker showed up, and when I decided rather than argue and make t harder for my children, I would just focus on getting a lawyer to get them back in 5 days. The worker ended up not taking them, because I refused to help them take my children, and because I refused to lie to my children. Since then, the worker and CAS seems to think that this has had no impact on the children emotionally.
