@16 they can return home - CAS only deals with under 16 -- from age 15 there is a fund started for them when they leave, I don't recall the name if it --request your file now for purpose later in life when this persons choose to have children for there own backup reference -- if it's been more than 2 years from last court, you need permission from the courts to bring it back to court -- Status review every 6 months ( CAS can do status review at anytime

I have seen comments where CAS do allow crown wards have overnights, weekends vacations with there bio family or ones who treat them like family
