Observation January 15 2010 Algoma Family Service manipulated by mother: Facilitated child abuse

Observation Notes from January 15 2010/ 6:00 pm Algoma Family Services/ 205 Mc. Nabb Street Sault Ste Marie Ontario Canada

Father has minimal contact with young daughter since separation with Mom in March 2009. Child was 13 months at time of separation. Dad went to a third party visitation centre to accommodate Mom and allow him to see his child. Mom went into closed Court Session without Dad or any Legal Representation for his wishes. Mom came out with an order giving her SOLE CUSTODY of the then 1 year old, and Dad received supervised access once every two weeks for 2 hours......The same Algoma Family Services Supervised Access Centre that he had volunteered to use as a transition place to evolve and mutually parent the young child. 

Mom manipulated Dad, Lawyers, Family and Friends to keep the child away as long possible. Mom denied All Family and Friends of Dad to see the child. Finally, Algoma Family services were involved to keep Dad and Daughter together.

During this time period Dad, Daughter and Dad’s older son (then 9) visited each other for 1.15 hours bi-monthly Friday 6:00 pm. The child was 23 months old. The access Centres were not equipped and prepared, the interaction between Dad and Child took place in an Office Room with a few toys and desks.

You screamed so laud and full of fear when you walked up this corridor like a secure prisoner transport you did not know the faces or the walls.


'The anxiety in us not knowing of your whereabouts. Seeing your brother holding your hand attempting to walk you down this corridor.  There is no pain of someone not knowing, but I knew exactly of what is in gear, parental alienation was in full progress, right the same path, the only way your mother knew to walk in hand with her mother.”

“My Children, this walk down a strange corridor with strangers looking (escorting), starring observing, writing notes. CP & VP I never ever would suggest it upon you or any child especially not your brother. I never even knew such things exist. I am sorry for this time of confusion I had no control it was out of my hand. Your mother prevented me from seeing you for months I wasn't able to sleep, I couldn't eat or in any way rest my mind”


”Your mother did and does not care about how you felt walking down this corridor, screaming and crying, she sat in the office on the end and listened to your screams being scared and confused, claiming I was a violent motherfucker to anyone who listen to her narcissistic rounds of revenge. She let you scream and cry in order to provoke me.  A real parent would not have done this to you. A real parent would not use their child, she used you for 3.5 years to hurt me.”

During this time Dad who is an immigrant to Canada and unaware of Family Law procedures believed Algoma Family Services would STOP this abuse towards his children. Dad believed it was the job of The Social Workers to fix this horrible situation and allow him see his daughter normally at his family's residence. He knew no legal terms such as Parental Alienation, Supervised Access Facility, Sole-Custody…..
