YES! We are also seeing 'aged out' foster children filing suit against CPS. The courts have to be flooded with these lawsuits. This means we need to self-represent b/c we have found that attorneys cannot be trusted & will gouge money from us & always on the side of CPS. The object is to pursue so many of these suits that they cannot be ignored.

 try being told by a higher up that basically working is a crime (shocked us)lmao....being told that its ok to be on the system ...will thats what happened ...type 2 diabetes is a health issue was stated ... i wanted so bad to ask when someone in such a position as theirs had the knowledge of a dr to determine a common illness in many that is not life threatening that doesnt affect my every day living as such...just diet is different than a non diabetic ...thats right diet not even on pills or insulin & all i could do is sit and listen...system is corrupted..accusations & false referals to interfere with a case...when questioned were any of them verified...cyfs stated no :) ...me like every other human with out diabetes...still get up like them go to work like them full time job ;) never in my life did i think it would be a bad thing to care for a child that attended school 830-230 while i worked 830-430 & use my health ...sad ...amazes me.. not a case of my own children....


i did also sue the cas... was forced to get legal aid that cus of my income bracket cost me almost $5000 to get an inexperienced lawyer that failed to provide evidence we had failed to protect us and provide witnesses ...stay away from legal aid if u can...your just another number ...ya need a paid lawyer

If your in front of a judge and your seeing the events unfolding in front of you. Did your lawyer do something to try to mtigate it? You do know you have the right to stand up after your lawyer does and attempt to set the record straight.

Every day I see that parents (usually innocent ones) Just sitting there letting the courts unfold and the lawyers (YOU HIRED) are missrepresenting you, missing the point and sometimes not even quoting law. YOU ARE THE PARENT, your family is in trouble and it is completely possible as I've seen it myself that your own lawyer could be colluding with the crown or the prossecutor or even CAS to delay the proceedings on purpose so as they can DRAIN your own bank account and aquire a lifetime of debt.

Every parent going through this needs to learn the LSUC, the CFSA, criminal law, the ontario court of Justice act and even your charter of human rights. It's not a whole lot to read, it really isn't so bad when you concentrate on those laws that can affect you. Some of the codes that are as written are difficult to understand but there are websites that will tell you their meaning in layman's terms. Please practice your due dilligence and don't let these bastards win.

And at the same time, I see that most parents are just completely stunned while professonal liars (Sharks) are railroading parents because they simply cannot believe what is going on here.

CAS lawyer included. I am on father's leave doing the same. All lawyers you have to watch for. I generalised my little rant a little cause I was sharing my experience and my findings in comparisson to yours.

   

I tried and lost miserably...My case hadn't even STARTED and the Judge threw it out right away when I asked for an adjournment (day #1) CAS lawyer ( Tamara Maurer) FORGED my signature to a document and got caught, admitted it and the Judge (Justice Glithero) said " well, this isn't a criminal courtroom"... . I now owe $7000 to CAS's lawyers. I have the audio transcript which I purchased form the court of that date ....there were also MANY other lawyers in the courtroom at the time also who witnessed this.

I didn't have a lawyer. Yet. I'm a single mother on maternity leave.

   

I'm 26 (27 in 8 days) years old, I was in foster care in 2000 at the hands of my parents other child. I was 16 when I had my first baby, Middlesex County CAS ripped her away 23 hours 45 mins after birth. Thankfully my parents won custody and took care of her for 8 years.

I got pregnant again 3 months after I had my first child (didn't find out until I was 6 months along). This time I was in my home town Oxford County my parents went to see my 13 month old daughter while I delivered a healthy baby boy at 2:06 p.m on September 2 2005. 2:30pm I walked out of the hospital on September 2 2005 as Oxford County Cas took my son away. He was adopted 2008. 2008 I had given birth to another healthy beautiful baby girl. Oxford County Cas took her two days after birth. I got her back 5 months later. In 2010 she was ripped away from me again as doctors and the children's aid society worked together and planned events to happen. Till this day October 23rd 2014 i am still in court with her case during a trail that needs closing submissions.

The family that adopted my son now is "fostering" my daughter and have brain washed her. Still standing strong and fighting hard! In 2011 I gave birth to a healthy baby boy in Elgin County, he was taken 2 days later put into a foster home while I was living in a maternity home. 17 months later 2012 I regain custody and he lives with me today! In 2013 I gave birth to a healthy baby girl never lost custody of her and she lives with me today.

My first daughter also has lived with me since July 21 2013 she is 10 now. With having stressful times and the court proceedings that have taken almost 5 years in (February 10), I have become pregnant twice more after my daughter in 2013, both I miscarried due to the stress Oxford County Cas has done to my family. I have 3 children in my custody to this day and Oxford County says I am at risk for my child who still in care.

I now can not move back home because CAS will rip all my children away from me once they find out I'm back in Oxford County. How can people go to school to get bachelor's degrees to take children from loving families to give them to people who will sexually touch our children, abuse and even kill our children. Something g need to be done about CAS! They don't help families they destroy them!
