I know how serious PAS is. Lives are destroyed. Children and alienated parents. The punishment should be reversal of custodial rights immediately!!! Therapy for the parent with PAS. Education for the judges and attorneys Involved in the cases need to be mandatory!!!! For cases where jail or arrest was made because of the PAS parents false accusations should be a large fine!! Parental Alienation is a serious form of abuse that is ignored by the family courts.
I will say this over and over again, MANDATORY classes and training should be made law for all Judges, Police, Attorneys, CPS workers, teachers to learn all there is to know about PAS. I talked to Brad Milne about ideas for a film for children too. I would like to see a documentary made of real parents explaining and displaying what has happened to their lives since Parental Alienation began. I was told by a friend the other day that my situation was unique. I really don't see it that way. I see this is a growing problem and sickness. The outside world needs to be educated. I agree. And I think It would be also wise to film the siblings that are kept from the alienated child. The grandparents too. We often forget about them, especially if you are the targeted parent. You suffer so much that you tend to focus on your pain, not realizing extended family is also greatly affected. I failed to see this with my own children, siblings to my alienated daughter. My 14 year old daughter finally had the courage to speak to me more in depth how it has affected her life.


Some day these things will happen. I only hope the statute of limitations on PA crimes will permit us to go back and prosecute. Alienators should think about that.


I did not know this 9 % thing. That's very interesting. Scary, but we need data like this to shake people up a bit.

Still expose it. My daughter's AP (besides her mom) was a social worker. I wrote about her. Even named her.


the judge in my case was so bias it was chaos. You have a very good point and it is a sad fact that people in that position are part of such a ugly hate crime. I suggest write the US Dept of Justice.

 where did you write about her? Nobody will listen.....I can't even obtain counsel due to the AP's "ties" to our community. Father is a retired PA State Police Officer and grandfather is owner of Private Investigating firm. It's sickening what they have done to our child....
