I can't contact or celebrate with them because The woman who promised to never keep my babies from me. Has been doing so for no real reason since March. Although I found a home. The only reason she gave was because she knows I had addiction issues in the past and I allowed my second husband to abuse me and the kids witnessed it.

Although he has been incarcerated three years and has seven more to go.

I was walking thru Ralph's today a store I often frequented with my babies in tow. I saw birthday candles and heard thier voices in my mind discussing cake and Olaf's bday today like we would. And broke down crying ran to the restroom to hide. It's not right!

I have done nothing and tried to petition the court the right way but she has a lawyer from my children's 6000.00 a month in cash she gets.

The lawyer and already biased investigator and judge Cody whom knows and dislikes me jammed me up and shut me down. They are legally kidnapping my babies. And I can't do shit about it. My only hope is God will do a miracle in the hearts of these disgusting excuses for people on intervine and bring my babies back soon

Father has minimal contact with young daughter since separation with Mom in March 2009. Child was 13 months at time of separation. Dad went to a third party visitation centre to accommodate Mom and allow him to see his child. Mom went into closed Court Session without Dad or any Legal Representation for his wishes. Mom came out with an order giving her SOLE CUSTODY of the then 1 year old, and Dad received supervised access once every two weeks for 2 hours......The same Algoma Family Services Supervised Access Centre that he had volunteered to use as a transition place to evolve and mutually parent the young child. 

Mom manipulated Dad, Lawyers, Family and Friends to keep the child away as long possible. Mom denied All Family and Friends of Dad to see the child. Finally, Algoma Family services were involved to keep Dad and Daughter together.

During this time period Dad, Daughter and Dad’s older son (then 9) visited each other for 1.15 hours bi-monthly Friday 6:00 pm. The child was 23 months old. The access Centres were not equipped and prepared, the interaction between Dad and Child took place in an Office Room with a few toys and desks.

You screamed so laud and full of fear when you walked up this corridor like a secure prisoner transport you did not know the faces or the walls.


'The anxiety in us not knowing of your whereabouts. Seeing your brother holding your hand attempting to walk you down this corridor.  There is no pain of someone not knowing, but I knew exactly of what is in gear, parental alienation was in full progress, right the same path, the only way your mother knew to walk in hand with her mother.”

“My Children, this walk down a strange corridor with strangers looking (escorting), starring observing, writing notes. CP & VP I never ever would suggest it upon you or any child especially not your brother. I never even knew such things exist. I am sorry for this time of confusion I had no control it was out of my hand. Your mother prevented me from seeing you for months I wasn't able to sleep, I couldn't eat or in any way rest my mind”

During this time Dad who is an immigrant to Canada and unaware of Family Law procedures believed Algoma Family Services would STOP this abuse towards his children. Dad believed it was the job of The Social Workers to fix this horrible situation and allow him see his daughter normally at his family's residence. He knew no legal terms such as Parental Alienation, Supervised Access Facility, Sole-Custody…..

What is P.A.S ? Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS) is the resonating aftermath of the systematic denigration of one parent by the other with the intent of alienating the child against or effectively removing the other parent from a childs life.

The initial purpose of the alienation is generally to gain or retain custody without the involvement of the other parent. It is often practiced because custodial parents are advised by their attorneys how they can effectively deny or restrict visitation to achieve other desired goals in the divorce litigation. The alienation usually extends to the family and friends of the non-custodial parent as well.

There is often some type of agenda involved. These agendas may range anywhere from the desire to start anew or continue in another relationship without the involvement of the other parent in order to eliminate any step parent issues, or simply to have complete freedom to go anywhere and not be tied down to the hassle of visitations or dealing with the other parent.

In most all cases however, it is a vindictive and often targeting act against the other parent, and the alienating parent disregarding the childrens best interest to have both parents in their lives, henceforth only having regard for their best interests. Dr. Richard Gardner in his book 'The Parental Alienation Syndrome' states (P.74) in gender paraphrased form that many of these children proudly state that their decision to reject the targeted parent is their own.

They deny any contribution from the alienating parent. The alienating parents often support this vehemently. In fact, they will often state that they want the child to visit with the targeted parent and recognize the importance of such involvement, yet their every act indicates otherwise. Such children appreciate that, by stating the decision is their own, they assuage the alienating parents guilt and protect him/her from criticism. Such professions of independent thinking are supported by the alienating parent who will often praise these children for being the kind of people who have minds of their own and are forthright and brave enough to express overtly their opinions. Frequently, for example if the targeted parent happens to be the father, the mother will exhort their children to tell them the truth regarding whether or not they really want to see their fathers.

The child will usually appreciate that "the truth" is the profession that they hate the father and do not want to see him ever again. They thereby provide that answer - couched as "the truth" - which will protect them from their mother's anger if they were to state what they really wanted to do, which is to see their fathers. It is important for the reader to appreciate that after a period of programming the child may not know what is the truth any more and come to actually believe that the father deserves the vilification being directed against him. The end point of the brainwashing process has then been achieved.

Advocates from Canada Court Watch, Voices of Innocent Families in Ontario, Unregistered CAS/FACS workers unlawfully working in Ontario, Haldimand Norfolk Citizen's Committee for Public Accountability and Grass Hopper Media all teamed up outside City Hall on Talbot St a crossed from one of the St. Thomas Children's Aid Society Sub Office to bring awareness to the people of St. Thomas about the "MUSH SECTOR" and "The Unlawful
Practice of Social Work by C.A.S. We also collected a large amount of signatures on 3 separate petitions.

We seem to have upset the C.A.S. office with our presence to the point the C.A.S. closed it's doors for the day sending people that had appointments away. C.A.S. also made a number of calls to local police complaining about our presence. All in All it was a good Rally with a great turnout.

To help parents deal with the issue of CAS workers going into their children's school, parents need only to get their children or themselves to fill out the new updated Cease and Desist form which is attached to this post and to submit it to their local Board of Education and the Principal of the school were the children attend.

Optionally, a form can be sent to the CAS. Parents do not have to be affected by CAS or have open cases to submit a form to the CAS.

Parents in northern Ontario get ready to take on school board regarding the Children's Aid Society A number of parents in District School Board 1 Ontario North East have reported problems with the Children's Aid Society going into the school to interrogate and to terrify children. A letter has been sent to the school board as the first salvo by local parents to get CAS out of the schools and to stop harassing their children.

Canada Court Watch has downloaded and reviewed the official school board policy and has found that it violates the law. Anyone from this school district can contact Canada Court Watch for information on how to contact other parents in the region who are going to start fighting back.

Questions and answers for school officials and daycare providers regarding Children’s Aid Society involvement at schools, daycare facilities and children’s camps Introduction and background

In recent years, many parents, civil liberties organizations, teachers, school administrators and daycare providers from the public and private sectors have expressed concerns over a growing and unwarranted intrusion in the private affairs of children at their schools and daycare facilities by children’s aid societies (CAS) and their workers.


In addition to the public at large, many teachers feel that CAS workers are interfering with children’s education at schools and interfering with the ability of teachers to fulfill their roles as educators. Many teachers have reported that they feel very much intimidated by CAS workers because they have been misled by their school boards into believing that they must fully cooperate with CAS workers without any consideration of other laws which may be applicable and even supersede school board policies. Many teachers live in fear of being disciplined if they don’t report every bruise and scratch that they see on a child.

While involvement of the CAS with children in daycare facilities is less of a problem because children are much younger, a number of professional daycare providers have indicated that CAS workers have attended their facilities asking for confidential information about parents and have made their workers feel very uncomfortable. In some cases, CAS workers have used children’s camps as a spying ground to illegally spy on children and to obtain information from children about their parents.


One of the most significant issues causing problems in schools today is unregistered and unqualified CAS workers going into schools and questioning students in secret without the knowledge or consent of the parents or the student based on the mere speculation that a student may be the subject of maltreatment at home. In many cases, students are being forced against their will into a situation which is nothing less than an unlawful detention and interrogation at their own school. This often traumatic event causes a lot of damage to students and adversely affects the relationship which students have with their teachers and peers.


Unfortunately, many CAS agencies have worked their way onto the policy committees of many school boards and have improperly influenced school boards to implement policies relating to child abuse and maltreatment which in many cases violate the law and significantly infringe on the fundamental rights and freedoms of children and parents. It has been reported by some children that CAS workers are going into schools and threatening and intimidating children right in their own schools. Some school boards have been so misled by CAS officials that CAS workers are working inside of schools alongside of the teachers themselves.

Hi Jane. Chris Carter here. What's the date for the 2016 Opening of the Courts Ceremony? Will they be doing the morning inter-denominational service (is it called 'the Red Mass"?) at the Church of the Holy Trinity this year? You may be aware that the morning Church of the Holy Trinity service has been cancelled the past two years 2014/15. As well, considering that this will be my 6th year attending, please arrange for two reserved seats for me for the University Ave courthouse ceremony this 2016 year: for myself and my guest. Please reserve the two seats side by each and have one of the seats on an aisle, outside aisle near the exit if possible.
