So weird question. But if you emotionally abuse bully (take your word of choice) someone to the point of committing suicide isn't that.... Well I would call it murder but I'm sure there is a lesser legal term. So isn't someone who sends messages out right stating things like this severely damaging leading to the death of a person? I mean let's be real if a person started posting obscenely violent and threatening type comments leading a person to feeling trapped alone depressed etcetc leading to suicide... Isn't the person making the comments somehow accountable or responsible? I mean there has to be a bar set but they have done some laws regarding Bullying and cyber Bullying and harassment uttering threats etc etc
