Put as little in affidavit, as possible. There's very good chance justice won't even read it, and will rely on oral arguments, for this listen and write down negative points the other side says, 1st tell the justice the obvious need for access to both parents in this stressful time and it's important for kids to have relationships with both parents, especially in trying times, and what ever positive the children will gain from what you want to see happen. Then come up with things that are wrong about what other party said, if you can think of any negative out comes, tell the justice from what the other lawyers proposing. bring up this situation with your old son happing after a period of not see you. Have a plan for access ready, and supporting statements ready for the justice. Maybe even say your ex fears you finding out what's going with your kids, and is bringing the abuse allegations as a smoke screen.
