I just had a Case management with a judge..I to was removed by way of a bogus EPO so she could gain custody of the children and the house...here's what the Judge said...she is to pay half the mortgage and taxes, half the insurance and the full utility and cable...you did not leave on your own , you were forced out. If you pay on her behalf make sure they are coming out of support
