Statistics only apply to the junk that’s getting reported. I’d question the true accuracy on all of it.
Both good mothers and fathers are being run through the wringers. There’s usually only one abuser in these individual family litigation files. 
I’ve seen lady lawyers and lady judges ignore abuse by Dad and rulings end up in favour of Dad. Because Dad has money. And I’ve seen it play out every other way - but the “winner” is typically the one who walks IN with the pot of gold. And often - the abuse is coercive and covert between the parties and the kids are unfortunately just pawns. Judges don’t know how to deal with that yet. Hopefully one day.

Women and girls are shat upon by lawyers, judges and evaluators all the time. It’s not a competition. And as the added bonus, sexual abuse typically ends up being an issue for the females of the world to cope with from the damage perspective.

My ex got up to the same crap. He knows someone in one of the detachments and he got action for a fabricated complaint on a couple of occasions. How many people out there who legitimately need police assistance to deal with enforcing a family court order and are told "this is not a police matter,... access page ...

My ex got up to the same crap. He knows someone in one of the detachments and he got action for a fabricated complaint on a couple of occasions. How many people out there who legitimately need police assistance to deal with enforcing a family court order and are told "this is not a police matter, go talk to your lawyer" - and then there's my ex. Feels slighted about some ridiculous thing and sends his friends to my door pounding, calling me incessantly and threatening me with charges (they never did)... just unreal that there are people out there with real problems they turn a blind eye too but a pal calls them up for a favor and they can make someone's life hell.
