Some food for thought .... It has bothered me for 3 year that the so called "grieving " father told FACS that his son would die if placed with his father .... Isn't that quite interesting seeing as 2 years early we got custody of his first born child our granddaughter .... Who by the way signed an affidavit in support of us having his daughter in the first place . SO if his father (my husband) was this so called child abusing monster why would you not go to the media back then and say the same thing that you said about your son being placed with us .

Here's the difference : his daughter was apprehended right at birth from the hospital , he never once was left alone with his daughter and lastly 
He never raised his daughter in his own home 
His son born almost a year later was allowed to go home , he was alone with his son and he raised his son till May 13 2015 who was 11 months old when he was apprehended by FACS along with his 4 year old step daughter for alledged sexual assault on his step daughter , failing to provide the children necessities of life and neglect ...

So here's my theory : the grieving father knows full well who caused most of those "injuries" 
As he knows full well myself being in a nursing profession would not stop till I found the answers as to what was exactly wrong with our grandson when he got him ...

Let's see the coincidences 
1. I got infant child development services involved the next day (may 14 2015 ) because our grandson could not crawl , stand up or even walk . He was almost 1 years old . 
The coronor discovered he had a kyphosis of his spine during the autopsy and a cervical spine injury ( Go look at court records it's public record)

2. I made an eye Dr appt because our grandson pupils were always dilated and taking him outside made him cry and he would immediately put his hands up to his eyes to cover them 
Went to eye dr got a referral to Hamilton pediatric eye specialist for August 12 2015 
Unfortunately our grandson never made it there as he passed away in July . 
The coronor discovered that his retinas were detached and had some hemmeraging . 
I forgot to add that the coronor also said that dialated pupils can be a sign of brain trauma / injury and brain death (Again check out court records )

Our grandson listed injuries 
: 1. Brain injury 
: 2 . Detached retinas with hemmeraging 
: 3 . Cervical spine neck injury 
: 4 . Multiple organ failures caused by lack of oxygen to his body and shock to his system

It is our WHOLE'S FAMILY and FRIENDS opinion that our grandsons father and mother and the York's know full well what took place the first 11 months of his life and what kind of abuse took place and BY WHO ! besides the alledged sexual assault which was why the father fabricated lies and allegations to turn the attention off of why his children were apprehended by FACS .

BUT REST ASSURED WHEN YOU MESS WITH MY FAMILY

You will live to regret it and will look over your shoulder the rest of your life because we will not stop till the truth is out and one day our family will have its justice when the news reports of your arrest ! And then and only then you will fully comprehend what you did to us 
You will never be forgiven for what you did to your father and brothers and your own children 
And as long as I'm breathing I will not stop in getting justice for our family ! 
You have destroyed an innocent's man reputation who was YOUR OWN FATHER !!! How disgusting !!!! and in due time you will have to answer to that in public at your own bail hearing ....

And because they like drama , this post is in no way threatening any bodily harm to Brett Smart 
Chris York or Pam Smart or any of their relatives . This post simply reminding Brett Smart the laws of karma !
