I am walking into a corrupt system in Peel on Thursday. I cannot believe the number of injustices and have finally just found out from two retired individuals who attend my church, that it is indeed a “tight knit circle” of professionals and while they “try to be objective, biases do occur.” I am so lost and confused. I need help so badly. What did you do? What happened with your case? It seems impossible to find real resources about these corrupt judges and systems. I knew this happened a LOT but thought that it was for the States. Or at least not Ontario, where it’s so much more liberal. Yet here I am. I pray your sons are with you now that they’re grown but I know the toxicity of a narcissist and the way they manipulate. I won’t call it alienation because the abusers took that term from us. They mirror it all so well. It is dv by proxy. I’m sorry and I stand with you.

I can imagine what you’ve been through I know that pain and betrayal, the confusion all too well when you find out you shared your life with a lie… I hope things have gotten better, I wish I could say they have for me but the pain is still there and broke who I was as a person, rebuilding your life after a second person that you never dreamed of harming accused me of domestic violence and labeled me their abuser. She used to cry and thank me for coming into her life, I used to be sad thinking what if we never met and missed our chance, but it was all her future faking promises and love bombing, she claims to be a victim of everyone and eveyone in her life was eirher boarder line or a narcissistic or both and abused and stalked her,,, guess what she said about me… she setup the police thing behind my back this rich insane little girl is losing about going to a domestic shelter for battered women and drug addicted, I mean it’s a little comical but not when it’s your life,,, she tried to get a restraining order after I was done and she did it a month later anyway because I backed up picture to a shard photo album I owned… like is court to break up with people and never have to face them now?? Even our lawyers were giggling it was so humiliating just having to go, the judge didn’t even grant it to her and my ex is a doey eyed little victim eveyone wants to take care of it’s how she lures people in pretends, mimicks them I can’t believe all I’ve learned since and how everything she did was step by step like an abuse flow chart and she still claims to be the victim it broke my life and soul and transference shouldn’t be real but I lost 50 pounds snow and I look sad and worried all the time I hate how my face has changed and how I stutter and fall over from panic I never experienced ptsd or trauma like this and I don’t get it how is it sk bad how was she so insidious and then so cruel l, it drove me crazy literally she did it on purpose to say I was crazy she’s not some master mind you just never imagine someone is going to lie fundamentally for years, then tourture and try to punish you for some power and control they crave… She kept saying that who needs powe and control or thinks about that from a partner? Psychos it’s all a game to the other people are like their toys they can break when they get bored. I contacted the Provincial Court at the time asking them if my children were alive? Their answer to me was make sure you pay.

Anyway today I am in a relationship with all three of my children and I have 6 beautiful grandchildren that I have access to. I would of never thought that this would of happened.

So please keep the hope that later your son will come looking for his FATHER!!!!!!!!!

I lost all those years while my children were being abused by their evil mother. It took a while to rebuild the relationship, for the benefit of all.. Those years are gone for ever, I never got the chance to hug, kiss my children for many years until they became adults!!!

But I am glad I did not end my life at the time... My children know who I am now, and they love me.. And yes they know how EVIL their mother was... She drank and drugged herself to death!!!!

What a system we have, it’s set up so kids have more rights than the parents who try to keep them safe. The system undoes itself from within.

In the summer of 2014 I was informed of my daughter being put into many unsafe situations by her mother. I went to court to protect my daughter and get her out of there. It went well at first, seemed like I was making progress. Had multiple judges who seen my side of the story. I though I was going to win my daughters safety. One fall day, court, another new judge... listen to her mothers lies and look me straight in my eyes and said “ Mr. Bronk, it appears you are abusing the courts to try and kidnap your daughter. Shame on you” she says. And she returned my daughter to the care of her mother, who has over and over again endangered my little girls life safety and innocents. I was devastated.

After I took my ex to court she made it increasingly harder to see my daughter and manipulated her to think that I did not love her and abandoned her. Now not only was my child’s mother wedging my daughter and I apart. my daughter had started believing the lies and manipulation, and was devastated and pushed me away and out of her life.

Between that final court date in 2014 and October of 2017 a file about 3 inches thick was slowly put together by Alberta Child and family services, on concerns about my daughter and her mother. Neglect, abuse, hard drug use, violence, crime. You name it, my daughter was exposed to it by the woman that the system Deemed a fit parent.

At this point my daughter started becoming a product of her environment. My daughter was fighting, experimenting with hard drugs, been sexually assaulted while unattended. Having sex at the age of 12. The list goes on.

On recommendation of family services my daughter was turned over to my (at the time) wife’s and my care on November, 2017 She came in rough shape. Didn’t look healthy. Was self harming. She was a mess. I owe a lot of credit to my ex wife and the time and patience she put in to getting She turned around. She was doing great. Smiling more and more she had become a normal kid again with normal kid problems. Unfortunately at the time She came to us, my ex wife’s and mine marriage was in turmoil. We split up in the summer and My daughter asked if she could stay with my ex for the time being. I was okay with it because of the relationship the 2 had formed

Eventually in the fall of 2018 My daughter was ready to come live with dad. We had a great relationship, plenty of laughs and good times. She was doing well in school, she seemed like a happy normal little girl.


She really started to miss her mother and asked if she could go see her. I felt it was unsafe for her to be in her mothers care alone and thought the safe move was to invite her mother into my home to visit My daughter. The visit seemed to be going well and I foolishly trusted that I could leave the pair alone and go to work one day. I went home for lunch and her mother had taken her and ran. I called the police and child services and was told that there was nothing they could do. Called a lawyer and was told that since the child is 14, there is nothing I could do. I searched and searched for anything I could do to get her back but came up to multiple dead ends. She was gone back into the care of a woman who has traumatized her and there was nothing that child protective services would do about it.


Again the lies and manipulation had started and her mother had her convinced I didn’t care about her or love her. She again pushed me away. She became rude and distant.

She Had not attended school since she was taken from me. Again I called child services and asked “is it not illegal for children to not attend school?” They agreed but then again said “ there is nothing we can do”. at this point My daughter has cut me right out of her life again.

I Then I started getting messages from My daughters older sister and her aunty that they are concerned and heard things are bad for her. And then social services contacted me and informed me things were bad for her again. Was informed Shae and her mother were doing meth together, crime, possible prostitution.

The way the system is set up, I had to wait for the bottom to fall right out of it before I could do anything. The bottom was gone, I could finally do something. I live in Rainbow Lake AB and My daughter was in Rocky Mountain House, AB. I drove south. I put on thousands of kms, attended meeting after meeting with child services and court dates to get a court order to have Her apprehended and put into PCHAD, which is protective lock down for children abusing drugs.

I had the court order but the police could not find her. I decided to ask a friend for a favour, who had connections with guys from “ the other side of the tracks”. They found her within 4 hours and had the info I needed to give to the police to pick her up.

She was found living with a 29 year old man in a campground under a tarp, high with a meth pipe in her pocket. The police picked up and taken her to the safe house. I thought “wow, the system finally got something right.

She was giving the option to appeal her detainment. So again I traveled from Rainbow Lake down south. Picked up her mother and went to court. My daughter was denied her appeal and the judge racked on another 5 days making it a total of a 15 day program.

My daughters social worker then attended court to have Her put into another program when she completed her PCHAD. The new program is PSECA. It’s a protective safe house for kids who have been sexually exploited. Again we got a court order to have her detained in the next program. I though “Nice the system actually is working”... I was wrong.

Again My daughter was able to appeal her detainment. After telling me and the social worker that if she got released into my care she would run back to Rocky Mountain House, She went to court. She is a very smart little girl and knows exactly what people want to hear. She told the judge a mouthful of lies. The judge released her on a promise from My daughter under oath that she would come into my care and not run away or return to rocky Mountain House.

I got the phone call Friday morning that I needed to pick her up. Again did the drive down to Edmonton with the help of my girlfriend and picked her up from PSECA. She was covered in meth scars from head to toe. Missing a chunk of hair on the front of her head and she came with the “I don’t give a fuck” attitude.

After about 200km Shee finally calmed down and opened up to me. She told me that her mother gave her the first 2 grams of meth that lead to 4 months of straight using. Told me her mother began to pimp her out, told me they stayed with a man who sexually assulted and molested her and he was a dealer and always had meth so her mom turned a cheek and let it happen. Her mom had her “generating numbers” which is credit card fraud or identity theft. And the list goes on. My heart was absolutely broken at what my poor little girl had been through.

Got Back to Rainbow at 7am Saturday morning. Had an okay day. But by 7pm My daughter had ran away already. I called the police and went out and found her at the highway, hitch hiking back to Rocky Mountain House. I stayed with her at the highway, she refused to come with me. She was bound and determined to get back to rocky to her 29 year old boyfriend.

The police picked her up and I suggested that she needed to be returned to the program that she was in and continue to receive help. So again on the phone all night with the police and family services trying to get my little girl the help she needs but doesn’t want.

The police said they couldn’t hold her and family services again said that there is nothing they can do. They released her. They released her to me.

I brought her home again and tried talking to her. She ran again this morning. I called family services and cried and pleaded but again they told me there was nothing they could do and I was not allowed to detain her. I was directed to let her go or could be charged with unlawful confinement. So she is on the run with 1200km between here and the town she wants to be in, the town the will most definitely be her death and our system is just letting her go. I have a serious problem here. My child has more of a right to run, than I do to protect her. What a joke. I’m broken. The system is put in place to protect children, but have been givin so many rules, that they can’t.

The man she was found with can not be charged because of lack of evidence. Her mother is still roaming the streets and now my daughter is again because of the faulty system that undoes itself from within. AND THERE IS NOTHING THE POLICE AND CHILD SERVICES OR MYSELF CAN DO

I wrote this a year and a half ago and still fight to get my daughter to let me help her. Fathers have no rights in Alberta. Don’t kid yourself.

This is a common occurrence where a CAS decides a placement then creates an “Evidentiary Vacuum” to avoid facts and evidence that conflict with their decision. CAS loves abusive parents because they guarantee “future business”. Innocent parents are the enemy.

Actual child abuse in general population has been steadily dropping over the last 30 years, threatening the CAS business model! When a CAS creates an “Evidentiary Vacuum”, it’s workers swear false affidavits with “no honest belief” since they avoided their “Statutory Duty to investigate fully”. CAS lawyers and all staff have unavoidable knowledge of what they’re doing, after all, they conduct CFSA s 73 “Review Teams” to decide what to do in a case, usually lie! CAS (shyster) lawyers then go to court with every intention of misleading the court, failing to treat the court with “candor and respect” and suppress evidence that ought to be on the record!!

In the story “sidebar” the paper interviews Susan Carmichael, executive director of Simcoe CAS who makes up a fantastic lie: “We are in the business of believing people can change.” All this while they target an innocent alternate parent. The real long term goal of CASs by returning kids to abusers on purpose is to eventually kill-off any placement requirement by sabotaging the process and eventually rewriting the CFSA to rubberstamp all kids as Crown Wards from the get-go!! All this while Simcoe CAS renames itself “Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions” to confuse the public about who they really are!!

CAS Fraud like this happens in Family courts across the province on a daily basis since judges stubbornly insist on presumption to the point of wilful blindness, fully expecting 13 million people in Ontario will never figure out what they did in time to stop it!!!

So, I received an email from her lawyer stating that I can choose to be served through email!!! or provide an address! I didn’t respond and I was thinking to delete that email account!

My question is, and please understand that I have more reasons to refuse to go through divorce right now, is it illegal to avoid being served at all costs or moving out of province? And what are the consequences? And since I’m declined proper humane time with my kids a long time ago I can’t afford to give her that right! Specially she’s married religiously for the second time and in a polygamous marriage and I can’t prove it!

I understand these aren't benefits we are going to see soon but we need to present a change, shared custody isn't enough. We have no defence for our rights and even with shared custody we are limited to the access guidelines set by your municipality and what the judge deems best fit for the child based off of Question formulated from biased and incomplete studies.

7 years ago I represented myself in the court of law and fought for equality to be in my child's life as a parent. I won and was awarded equal time. Few months following my ex found a loophole in the system and moved away due to a medical concern that turned out to be bogus the entire time she assured me that she was not moving and she was only there until her new baby was born which turned out to be a lie. So in the next couple years I meant I sold my home and moved to Vancouver to be closer to my son. I've been here for four years and his mother has made it increasingly difficult by controlling down talking me and trying her best to make my son believe that I don't care about him. Now after they've moved to Chilliwack I'm trying to move to Chilliwack and I recently found out that she will is possibly relocating again back up north. Depression anxiety sleeplessness sadness. Near alcoholism from self medicating. I'm not broke stressed I feel like I'm losing my son which I have fought tooth-and-nail for his entire life. I'm seeking any help in this matter to remain in my child's life and prevent the relocation.

So a little update... My son L....was stolen at birth straight from the hospital based on an assault by someone else. Turns out he is the illegitimate son of a conservative MLA.......he used his position to keep his abusive illegitimate son out of jail and illegally adopt out a child with no paperwork whatsoever. To find out after all this, that the people who claim to be in the best interests of children are lying child traffickers. I'm no criminal, I'm not guilty or accused of anything. I have my other children, we've taken parenting classes, C...... is an amazing stepmother to my children, we thought through and prepared to have our little boy, our home was inspected for N....... We have always been prepared for our children. We even watch our MLAs niece and nephew regularly, sleepovers as well. We have letters of recommendation from family and friends. Support from MLAs, MPs and advocates. Justice Scott Abel was C...... judge for the child abuse registry (switched last minute even though it says Menzies on file) he also knows I'm not involved in this but upholds it because of that intervention. Charging her with failing to protect her daughter only cements what happened. That charge also does not stop her from having a family in the future, in fact justice Menzies stated C...... could have N..... back once shes completed counseling to address the abuse. C..... has completed counseling to address the abuse from J......, still in physiotherapy recovering from the abuse years later, we've passed our home inspection twice now by two different agencies. N.... was to be returned. His name appears on every docket yet didn't have to appear 10 times without being arrested??? My son L....was stolen to cover their asses. He was taken 3hours away at birth, 10 different placements, 10 different formulas. Cfs starved my son (documented) They brought him numerous times with bruising (ex. facial) I ask simple questions that nobody wants to answer because they dont want to be accountable for their actions (judges, lawyers, social workers etc) I really don't care if anyone wants to be accountable for what they've done, they created this situation and they can fix it. 495 million for the children in CFS "care" just in Manitoba last year. Agencies are broke because most of the funding goes to pay the lawyers judges psychologists social workers bailiffs stenographers etc in every community in Canada. That's why they don't want to change it. It pays them. We were a driving force behind bill C-92. Robert Falcon Oullette spoke on Chantelles behalf in the house of commons. We had a hand in ending birth alerts in Manitoba too. "Trial" was May 25-29th, there was no social distancing or masks, child trafficking was more important to them. CFS admitted under oath that they apprehended my son based on an assault by JH. Cfs admitted under oath that they intended to force an innocent man (myself) into supervised visitation. We destroyed CFS in court. My son L.... returned finally. There are no words for how hurt I am. All of this to cover their asses. No words for how disgusted I am with our "justice" system.
