To their school board? Push. The CAS is very good at having you run around like a friggin chicken without a head. Stay focussed, don't fall for the wild goose chase technique. The result is that you are thrust into a victom role and develop a victim attitude. You CANNOT accept this label! Your child/children needs a hero, not a victim, and your actions and words are teaching your child how to deal with BULLIES. Once you deliver a document to the school board you do not stick around to see if they read it. Why would you stick around to see if they read anything at school?

It looks like you are seeking approval or trying to start a confrontation. You are not. You are merely advising the parties involved that you are aware of your rights and your child's rights(remember it is all about the children so keep the focus on them), and you are informing them of THEIR rights. A gentle reminder. if they do not read the papers it is at their peril. I bet a lot of kids become of age and sue the CAS for the nonsense that their families were put through in the past.

The emotional damage. The PTSD. I hope they all do that. Many were not removed from their homes but still carry the emotional scarring and anxiety, compliments of the CAS. And do't get me started onteh lies in the Affid avits! WOW. Have a lovely day. Find joy.

And this next link to a webinar explains how the CAS worker should have conducted herself and "the interview." If you listen to the webinar the worker literally does everything the expert says not to do and why not to do it. This suggests to me the worker in the video had no real training in how to conduct herself or the forensic interview/inspection properly.

You'll noticed she takes no notes and records nothing, when the worker in this video does her report she does it all from memory. This worker is that perfect at her job.

You will also hear a police officer first say "We're here to assess the conditions." than says "He's only there to ensure her safety." in our videos.
To me this suggests the police officer is a bit confused to what his actual roll in this encounter is - and that he's had no training in how to conduct himself in this particular duty.

At 7:30am, Monday morning, police showed up at my house on a report from an over-zealous friend that I had accidentally pocket-dialed. Three police cruisers showed up and would not let me back into my house until they had seen my kids and talked to my husband. The police told my husband there was a report of violence and that was grounds for enteringour residence, to ensure the children's safety. We had both assured thepolice that no fight had even taken place. I later checked with my friend, to see what she had told them. She said she was only concerned because I haven't called her in years so it seemed unusual. So police entered my house under false pretenses, based on a call from an old friend claiming she had said things she never did.

Then they proceed to make a report to Family Services that our house was unfit and our children were naked at 7:30am, during our morning routine of bathing, 
dressing etc.

So today a worker shows up with a cop, despite the fact that no evidence of violence was found, and despite the fact that we have always been compliant with police and Family Services and that they always close our case. The only reason she brought a cop was so that they could bully their way in. Notice how many times I asked them to leave, told them I felt uncomfortable and how long it actually took for them to leave.I strongly recommend anyone having dealings with Family and Children Services/Smiths Falls Police invest in a good camera.
