"A true Affidavit"
On this day, of our Lord, January, 13th 2016; i, Jesus Lazaro Ecenarro, as beneficiary of trust. i solemnly “AFFIRM” that i am competent to acknowledge the rules of “perjury” nor under the influence of any alcohol, drugs, prescribedmedications, coerce and / or under duress. Nor am i an infant, ward of the state and / or person, citizen, individual and / or alien of unsound mind (SEE: Corpus Juris Secundum, Volume 7, Section). From making an “honest” and “truthful” statement; withinthis "true affidavit.” i am also aware, if i commit perjury within this “true affidavit.” i can be held criminally liable, as written within state of alaska, florida, and 18 U.S. Code 1621.
Who is Chandra L Flannery "AKA Chandra L Hull" and who were her co-conspirators within the court Alaska family courts ?
1) Did OCS give Chandra special treatment ?
2) if so, why did OCS give Chandra special treatment ?
3) Does the rule of law apply to all Alaska Families equally ?
4) if not, does this mean, that Chandra is above the rule of law and Alaska Statute 25-24-150 ?
5) could it be, that these perpetrators are either ignorant or incompetent with the Rule of Law or did they knowingly cover-up each others

6) But the most important question, we need to explore, what was the motive behind the FBI and the DOJ falsifying charges against our beloved Alaska Senator Ted Stevens "AKA Uncle Teddy" ? Was Uncle Teddy targeted, by the DOJ and the FBI, for working with Senator Nancy Nancy Schaefer an exposing OCS / CPS and the corrupt Alaska Family Courts ?
7) Will the case of David Heag Vs. The State of Alaska, the American BAR Association "AKA British Accredited Registry" and its members; demonstrate the extent of the corruption within the Alaska Judicial system ?
?? if so, should We The People, defund or abolish the entire Judicial System ? Or, Should the courts return our Judicial to Common law grand jury on record ? Rather then the current practice by the "BAR"; known as, Color of Law, Statutory law, Admiralty Law, Maritime and / or Corporation law. But most of all, should We The People restore our Republic, by removing "BAR" members from the executive and legislative branch ?
9) After reviewing the Evidence below; regarding a 3AN-06-12354CI, 09-00071 and other case numbers, should the entire case be re-open by a common law grand jury on record ? Also, should these perpetrators face criminal chargers either at State or Federal level ?
