Parenting Plan


8 hours is a huge distance, make sure you dont say she cant move, but the kids cant. With that distance the custody arrangement would have to change and if you can prove it's in the best interest of the kids to stay your husband would get primary and mom would get school breaks and some weekends (maybe only long weekends) 

Make sure to come up with a parenting plan that you would be okay with if it was reversed and then you know it's fair. Depending on the kids ages they may also get a say in where they go.

To take the kids Mom would have to prove that it is beneficial to them. I would recommend a lawyer for at least consultative purposes.
