A long article in the Star talks about how broken foster care and group homes are with workers paid low wages without training or supports for high needs kids.

How cruelly ironic, CAS grab kids claiming “only they” can provide care and then they don’t!

What the Star still does not get is that the “broken system” is broken by design with the OACAS lobbying the legislation in the favor of CASs to take and profit from kids and then abuse them by a level of “care” that would be criminal if done by anyone else!

CASs abuse kids by moving them as often as 3 times in one day, each time kids haul their only possessions in garbage bags sending the message they are disposable! This is how CAS guarantee future “clients” by abusing crown ward kids in their custody! The government knows about these practices for the last 100 years and refuses to act. Every Minister on the CAS is a coward and abuser along with every Premier who lets it happen!

By the way, the Ontario election will start ramping up after Christmas! Hmmm!

The Star also ignores evidence of CAS Fraud in court rooms and bad Drs, every bit as bad as Motherisk and worse, since PCAs have been used against parents and kids since the 1960s! There’s plenty of court decisions showing a double standard where abuse and lying by the CAS is given light treatment even as they destroy the “unimpeachability” of court proceedings. It looks like the government, courts and CAS are counting on 13 million Ontarians with no legal training to do anything they want!
