Father Rights Canada - I struggle to pay for my responsibilities that we both created

I am currently going through separation from my wife of 10 years. We both brought in 2 children from previous relationships into our marriage. I have provided the Finacial support for our family of 6 throughout the relationship. My wife chose to leave and took her 2 children with her. I am left with all of the debt (mortgage, vehicle payments, loans etc) and she walks away clean With no ties to any debt that I may incurre when the divorce is finalized. I struggle to pay for my responsibilities that we both created .

I just walked out of court today, ordered to pay her $1580 a month in child support for her two children that I didn't bring into this world, that I have put all my efforts and money into during the course of our relationship. I have payed for there existence where there actuall birth fathers have not. Being ordered to pay her child support eliminates my ability to cover the simple nesessities of food for my children. How is it that my well being, and my responsibilities are of no concern to the family law system. I still have 2 children to provide for. I have all the finacial burdens that myself and my wife created together.


There is no moral standards towards men in family law There is no concern for my well being I will be forced to lose everything that I have worked towards, accept all the debt and live like a rat. My wife can now afford to go to Mexico because of me every month if she she likes Is anybody out there fighting/lobbying/ trying to change this system that is severly gender biased towards women with no concern for the effects or well being of the men.
