FACS SCAS CAS etc in Ontario Canada harassing thousands of other residents

Peel CA$ do the same dirty tricks on my baby. They took my baby away in name of protecting kid, but the fact is my baby suffered an serious reality injury in their care.

They refused to do investigation actively, and under my strong complaints, they did a so-called investigation, and with the same conclusion as the letter in above message.

NO ONE from CA$ say sorry to my family and my baby.
NO ONE responsible for this
WE ALL KNOW if this happened while under bio-parent's care, parents will be charged criminally.

I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO bring Peel CA$ into justice under current Family Law System, What I can do is just:

SHAME ON all CA$ workers, wish you guys be punished by
living everyday life with a guilty conscience ( if you guys are still human being).

Attachement is the picture of injury on my baby, Please be noticed that this picture was taken 10 days after the injury happened, that means when the injury was made to my baby, it would be much much serious than this. 
(1) Peel CAS knew the injury from the very begining
(2) Peel CAS started no investigation only until received my complaint
(3) Peel CAS keep put my baby under the potential abuser's unsupervised care for two weeks even they know the injury
