Wonderfully written article. It should be sent to every newspaper, every judge, city hall, W5, television stations, city council members, lawyers offices, police departments, grocery store bulletin boards and wherever else you can think of. Make copies, pass them out and those people can make copies and get them out there. You need to make noise. You need to get your human rights back. Seems to me women want equality until it's not convenient for them. Shame. # equality for dad's.

   

Typical, spoiled brat syndrome, this type of behavior is learned over repeated attempts to get what they wish without the mature responsibility. It will keep going on until the courts start jailing them with a substantial term...

Sometimes the truth hurts, and hopefully with speaking of the realities that men/fathers face in Family Court we can change this!

Yes mothers are aliened too, but statistically thousands more men face false allegations of abuse, false imprisonment, and family law torture than woman.

Recent Canadian stats show 1 out of every 2 Fathers will be displaced or Alienated from their children.

   

Truth! More than one million restraining orders of the three million filed in the U.S. are fraudulent. Most of these fraudulent restraining orders are filed in child custody cases. Judges sign them like they're signing autographs at a sports card show where they get paid handsomely for every signature.

Stop fraudulent restraining orders and jail those women who commit perjury and fraud, and return the children to their non-criminal fathers. Once the mother gets out of jail, there can be reasonable visitation, until she proves that she is capable of sharing 50/50 custody with the father of the children. Children need both parents!

   

I call BULLSHIT! My Ex said I had panic attacks and stole our daughter, which he still won't let me see.. the courts have done nothing to help even though I've proved over and over he was lying.

He continues to alienate me and get high fives from all his men's rights buddies.. even though I NEVER kept her from him.. I use to pump and send breast milk and she was seeing her father by 1 month old. (He had to be talked into spending time with her.)

This MRA is bullshit, it's bitter men who find ways to use the courts to continue abusing their exs all the while spouting lies.. the courts are not stacked towards women, lol, quite the opposite now.

And this wasn't a big city progressive court house.. it was Perth Ontario.. small, rural, conservative.. so thanks for the total lies just to get more men riled up.

My ex has tried to get me thrown in jail twice with lies. I stood my ground and told the truth although the police took her side, and I was freed both times.

   

Another good reason to take family law out of the hands of the lawyers and the courts!  

I may be female but I, too, was subjected to lies by my ex and his lawyer.  The Law Society states that this is okay.  Family Law as it is now is ruining lives and is full of inconsistencies, inequalities and lies based on the questionable presumption that it is adversarial.  Not if the law is followed - but sadly, the lawyers and judges make it up as they go along and there is no "real" law behind their tact is and antics other than to destroy the other party financially and emotionally.

After experiencing family law in Canada, It is with great concern for everyone involved in family court actions that they become aware that all lawyers are not equal and neither are the judges. There is a need to expose these people and their practices which are not conducive to a harmonious society and contribute to animosity and in some cases contribute to the deaths of people by suicide due to stress and the deaths of children as a parent can no longer deal with the stress of the adversarial relationships set up by lawyers - to line their own pockets - and judges who are out of touch with the average person. Hopefully, the plan is to garner enough support to take family law out of the courts and out of the hands of lawyers who have absolutely no interest in protecting anyone's rights and who have actually sold us on the idea that we need then when involved in a family matter. WE DON'T NEED THEM and they cause more trouble and cost more than the average person can deal with.

   

Judge, so-called legal practitioner and CA$ are the beneficious behind the unfair domestic violence charge against responsible man and father.

   

So sickening! We managed to fight a false emergency protection order. However even going in we were told, he would have to "give" something. So we agreed he would stay away from the marital property.

   

Totally true! Actually, a woman doesn't even have to make her story sound convincing. Many a judge will sign a DVRO, just based upon a woman saying: "He scares me." Some peckerwood judge signs it, and voila, the court just got $$$$$ through an incentivized program via VAWA. 

More than 0ne million of the three million restraining orders filed every year are fraudulent. And, most of those are filed in a child custody case. It gets the father/boyfriend kicked out of the home (even if they own it and pay for it), gets them torn away from their children, gets them forced to deal with the allegation and subsequent charges (if any), often gets them jailed, forced to defend themselves at a significant expense, gets them deemed as a criminal often by the judge hearing their family law case, threatens their job, family and friend relationships, and more.

Try to file a DVRO on a woman, well, good luck with that. For sure, it has far different penalties and outcomes if you can even or ever find a judge to sign it in the first place. The court and system is rampant with gender bias, prejudice and discrimination!

The courts have turned it into a revenue enhancing stream, and have done so for years. They are incentivized via several programs, but especially by VAWA. Lies, perjury, collusion, etc., pays big $$$$!
