“A custodial parent's interference with the relationship between a child and a non-custodial parent has been said to be an act so inconsistent with the best interests of the child as to per se raise a strong probability that the offending party is unfit to act as a custodial parent.”

Below is the link to a recent custody case in New York. The mother who had custody would not properly share the child with the Father. Mother lost custody.

Parental Alienation is abusive, all parents who choose to limit time to the other parent, or deny parenting time should loose custody!! Also Parents who Alienate should be punished by Law, as this is a form of abuse towards your ex, and emotional abuse to the child.
