So the family court system is stuck dealing with us unrepresented folks

Here is another thought for today....

So many of us are forced into poverty because of the Family court systems unfair child support orders and court costs alone...

But the Family courts find it offensive when we are forced to represent ourselves...

We have become smarter in learning the tactics of lawyers are never in your best interest but that of themselves and how much money they can steal from you while postponing everything until your money in gone or you've become bankrupt!

What does the family courts think is going to happen?

I'm not sure if there is any honest lawyers out there who are really in it to help us. I havent met any.

I think if lawyers were obsolete and parents had to defend themselves then maybe situations could work out better.

I know in Ontario more and more people are representing themselves and feel this way the facts are told. Whether a judge actually listens is another story.

But there is no help regardless for those of us who can't afford lawyers... The family court systems are the ones forcing everyone to self representation.

They need to look to themselves for this and really think about why the family court system is in such trouble.

Number one get rid of these judges who abuse their judicial duty by making up their own rules, while breaking our family law act and the childrens bill of rights. Next get rid of the money sucking lawyers...

There needs to be a change and I no that no lawyer will step up to help me and I'm sure many of you... So the family court system is stuck dealing with us unrepresented folks.
