I have transcripts of family courts Criminal Courts I even have signed affidavits from Children's Aid workers indicating alcohol abuse twice per day the children witnessing it the children admitting to being assaulted battered witnessing a salts and the whole region of Prescott Russell is handled by the lorignal courts that is so corrupt and I have the proof to back it up



There have been far too many cases in that region or the families are destroyed or should I say the fathers are destroyed because of the justice system and the Children's Aid societies please contact me if you want a story that'll blow your mind I still have the transcript for a 12 year old girl admits under oath that her mother puts Tabasco sauce down her throat slam my little boy on walls slaps my daughter in the face throws them on their knees and admits it in a criminal court and my daughter admitted it and not one human being in that courtroom. In an I2 it mean while under section 125 of the child's Family Services Act is it everybody's duty to report especially the professionals

Now I'm facing a crippling support payment for kids I want half time. Can you send me any information that will help. I really believe this is intentional parental alienation. I have been going through a nasty divorce the last couple of years with lies and false accusations.

Spent thousands on mediation to get a child support payment that's some what livable for me as the ex wife has showed little to no income. It was a year ago that mediation took place to agree to a income that was close to what she was making before she decided to not return to her job once the payed leave was up and that's when she ended the marriage.

Now that it is time to show each other's income once again she shows not much of a income at all once again. She lives in subsidized housing yet drives a new car and tours all over the place. I have my child 3 days a week and her 4 days so basically a 60/40 split.

What can a guy do with her claiming little income that is not possible to live on and if the payments go to what the child support table says that means I can't pay my bills as I just get by as it is.

We recently found out that our son is not biologically his. However he is listed on the birth certificate and the child has his last name the father that we found out as the father has said that he does not want anything to do with our family or our son.

 But I'm concerned that I need to cover all bases for future that his family or him cannot just decide to come for custody down the road or request visits when they haven't cared or than their from the beginning.

I do not have a lot of income as I am on maternity leave right now and my partner also works very hard to pay for our family as my step daughter lives with us as well I am looking for the easiest way to safeguard ourselves to have the biological father relinquish rights to the baby is there paperwork or a court proceeding that I would go through in order to have him say that he's completely signs him over please advise thank you so much

For the past few decades, many protests have formed in front of family court and it seems none of them have given ground for any meaningful change. For the past few decades, many protests have formed in front of family court and it seems none of them have given ground for any meaningful change. Singles of 1 to crowds of 50 and mabey more have all attempted to get the attention of the press, government, ect and to no avail. Protesting the laws, while going through family court is too much of a burden. Being arrested would seem to be not what anyone would want to explain while going back to family court proving your fit and not involved in criminal activity, and that is what goes through alot of fathers minds I'm sure. However, no protest will work anyway. Not if people just sit out front with signs, and politely move aside while others go in to get their lives destroyed. Ask any successful union that gets it's way in contract negotiations. The only way this ends, is if family court cannot do business day to day. That means shutting it down and not letting anyone through. Nobody goes in our out. Only then, will you see fast movement on getting our issues taken seriously. So, the question is then, how long will we all wait and do nothing?
