MEP refuses to help me. Took my ability to get my license among other things. I've lost a condo because of this.

They won't even talk to me actually hung up on me all to do with the case in BC that I've given them a court order stating there to re-adjust it per year but because they don't... access page ...

MEP refuses to help me. Took my ability to get my license among other things. I've lost a condo because of this.

They won't even talk to me actually hung up on me all to do with the case in BC that I've given them a court order stating there to re-adjust it per year but because they don't have legislation they refuse to do so. I have no means to get to BC to have this dealt with there and changed. Nobody is offering to help with the documentation.

I've tried to get other documentation signed and at the courthouse but since it's different jurisdiction they can't do that and it completely ruined my life. This whole system has brought me to the verge of suicide because of the aniety and stress. I have not been able to see my son for two years because of this system and his mother uses it as a means of why she can't provide the necessary arrangements to meet me halfway which is court ordered.

They are no longer togethcer.. she is threatening him that if he doesnt spend time with her that he cant see the baby... that she wont even tell him when the baby is born or put him on the birth certificate so that he cant see the baby.. he is so lost and upset that I dont know what to do anymore.. she has a kid by another guy and the guy is no longer in the picture.. he walked away during pregnancy and I'm pretty sure this is why he walked away as well... how are women getting away with this? What steps should he be taking. He is 22 years old and so confused

Hi, I am posting this on behave for my partner . We haven't had access to his daughter since May of this year. The court order is not police enforceable. His ex just removed the daughter from school and moved without telling us. His case is in Supreme Court and his order has never been signed by a judge but yet his ex gives it to the school telling them not to let me have access to my daughter. We need the order to be police enforceable and to have access reinstate. Can you give me information on lawyers that will help us with out putting up a big retainer. The ex and her new partner both have gang ties.

She is living basically common law with one of the guys she cheated with me on.

She is living basically common law with one of the guys she cheated with me on.

She is going after spousal support, child support, property (we have none - so it can only be my personal belongings and our truck), my pension, court costs and more.

I make more than her, but I live alone. She lives with her boyfriend and his parents - probably rent free. She drives our truck that she took when she left that was worth $11000 at the time and left me with a $1000 car that o have since had to replace. And of course, I had to buy new because of my bankruptcy the bank wanted equity.

So I have a car loan and she doesn’t.

I barely make ends meet as it is. From what I have read and been told and the lawyer that I have talked to in the past says she will get both spousal and child support because I make more than her.

Doesn’t matter that she cheated.

Doesn’t matter that she walked out.

Doesn’t matter that we share 50/50 custody.

I went into bankruptcy before she left and got rid of all of our bills. Now she wants me to pay for half of 2 credit cards she racked up that she hid from me. She even had the bills sent to her parents house so I didn’t find out about them.

My dad declared bankruptcy too because on of the credit cards was joint with him.

She pawned her $5000 wedding rings and said they were stolen.

She’s going after my pension.

With my conditions, I need my job because I am going to need my pension. I don’t know how long I am going to be able to work.

She left me when I had been off work on LTD for over a year.

She’s served me with papers on December 2 - and I have 30 days to respond. Christmas is the hardest time of the year for me already because it is just after the anniversary of bother of my parent’s deaths. Now, instead of trying to focus on the holidays for my boys, my entire month is going to be centred around this mess.

My health is a disaster and I am probably headed for more spinal surgery in the new year.

Our middle son going through some major mental health issues...

Greetings. I'm in a unique situation where I've had a child with a woman where we have never been together as a couple. Our child is almost 2 now. She has only allowed me visitation at our local pool for 2 hours at a time, 3 times a week. This was all done in a court order. If the pool is closed, she won't allow me any visitations. She has over the past year changed the times of visits, and I have no choice but to go along. She will only have supervised visits. I'm looking to get the court order changed to have more time with my son. Has anyone else here experienced this sort of situation? I would like to get the order changed but don't have excessive funds to go get a lawyer. I'm thinking of representing myself and going to court on my own. I've looked into it and it seems very time consuming and not sure if I should go this way. It's become more intense recently because she got into my phone, took screenshots of private conversations, sent them to other people, and is now refusing to work with me on anything. Any help would be appreciated. I understand now why some men just walk away. Thanks.

We went and had an order done so her visits with kids could be supervised . After a misunderstanding by over paid lawyers she now has the kids unsupervised after being on the phone with lawyers and police intervention .

The order is not signed and has no enforcement clause . The lawyers are now arguing over what the order means ?

I’m pretty sure it doesn’t mean more parenting time unsupervised after failing a drug test by refusal . Help . I need intelligent insight .

I recently finally won shared custody. My ex Has started to date someone new. This person has had trouble with the law, does drugs (legal or not), gets high even when my kids are in at his house with my ex. Amongst other things. I have my concerns that i try to speak about with my ex and is completely ignored. My question, is there anything i can do about him being with my children. This is an honest question, theirs no malacious or jealousy about her dating someone else. I just want to make sure my children are in a safe environment.

My son's mother and I have not been together for six years now. I recently got together with someone with children. Since that happened my ex has made it really hard for me to see my son. September 13, 2019 she assaulted me outside her home when I was there to pick up my son for my court assigned access. This time I called the police and she was charged with assault. Today it's been 2 and a half months my ex has been denying me access to my son. Since then she also went to his school and stopped me from seeing him there. We finally went to court last week. The Judge just wanted to remand to a later date. He did not read any of the paperwork, when the assault was brought up, right away he assumed that I was the accused. My son is seven years old, I have a great relationship with him. I am lost at what to do next as I have no faith in the court system. Im worried I will not get my son for Christmas this year.
