My ex did pretty much the same thing to me. Was always aware of my income. I even offered to have support adjusted. Went for 10 years arrears. She had to settle for 3 which still cost me over 8k plus 80%of my daughters tuition. So that was another 6k on top. Very hard to fight. Always! Send proof... access page ...
