Hi
I have a situation where I had the court order emails from my ex which solidified an affidavit which said she was using false allegations of child abuse (via CAS) to emotionally abuse me into submission, financially abuse and take my kids from me. Ive not seen my son in 5.5 years and I had argued parental alienation since 2013.
The OCL stated she was alienating the children from me but un 2016 reversed their position. Turns out my ex was manipulating them - as demonstrated by the affidavit.
The evidence also showed my exes lawyer was aware and involved in the false allegations. I reported her to the Law Society and they shrugged it off and told me to get more evidence. I asked for the emails between my ex and her lawyer via motion and it was slapped down.
The judges saw thees affidavits and supporting evidence and did nothing. In short I had dead to rights hard evidence of leveraging false allegations of child abuse and instead of taking lead in chasing down the truth - it was left to me to shoulder the prosecution through family court, face my abuser and spend my personal resources.
I gad to settle the damage done to me and my family was significant and we could not bear another trial.
In short my ex was caught red handed using false allegations, the courts noted this fact and did nothing. Leaving me and my family to accept that false allegations are perfectly fine in the family court arena.
I would like to see my ex go to jail for what she has done. I reported this to the police and they said its a family law matter and refused to touch it.
I am looking for advise to expose this serious infraction of my rights as a persona and father and hold those responsible accountable.
This needs to stop. Is there any help you can offer?
