Corrupt and unjust actions of our family courts here in Canada

Earlier yesterday on July 3 2013, my family and I attended a judicial rally downtown Hamilton. It stood against the corrupt and unjust actions of our family courts here in Canada and abroad. We sat out front of the downtown Family Court House (55 Main Street West), raising awareness of the broken court system. We stood there with signs and kindly interacted with people who passed by. There was one lady who did not like us very much and was very arrogant, (which can be seen at the end of the video below).

I interviewed Luke Armstrong a non-licensed paralegal, who was the organizer behind the rally. Luke told me that the family system is broken system and needs to be fixed. I for one can agree since I have been own dealings with the family court system.

Luke also shared with me information about having the 'legal' right to record you court cases pursuant to Section 136 Court and Justice Act

Ontario Chief Justice Howland issued a practice directive on April 10th 1989 - which reaffirmed the right of the citizens of Ontario to audio record their court cases.

Later Luke informed me about a judge saying that the wealthy and corporations have great access to justice but the poor don't.

We also spoke about issues about children and the Children's Aid Society. In 1997, Parliament struck the Special Joint Committee on Child Custody and Access to examine custody and access issues and to look for better ways to ensure positive outcomes for children whose parents separate or divorce. The Committee, representing all political parties and co-chaired by Senator Landon Pearson (Ontario)

Justice Gloria court of Appeal, Law Schools do not teach family law. She says family course are not a mandatory law school curriculum.
