What a day! How can I say this? I am blown away by the things I read today in court. I sad this some time ago that this is a war. I now say this is a war. What you say will be used on you. Your past as a child, to now will be used on you. They will go as far as using your own kids on you! They do not care for anyone or anything that gets in there way. If they worked this hard on keeping your kids away from you, imagine if they tried working that hard on trying to give back to the family, that which they have taken! . We as families need to grow , not fail. If we could work with them , they would be working to keep families as a family. However, that is not the case. I have seen what they are and what they use. I know what they are trying to do. The only thing slowing them down is the law that we as people have behind us but they'll find away around that. Your past is not safe. They will use that to the end. What can we do to stop it ????
That is what I ask. CAS has described me as "highly combative". I fight everything they accuse me of and now they have backed off. Every parent will look bad, if examined under a microscope like CAS does. We can talk, go public, create art, theatre, poetry and let others know how corrupt and bad the system is and that no family is safe.
Updated : CAS's last order expired just before Christmas. They found nothing and took my kids for two months. Thank the gods I could hire a good corporate lawyer without selling my home!! Case is closing. No apologies at all from them. I am fortunate though. They do what they do, and when they like and no one over-sees them . They'll never say sorry for what they have done. They will be back. Your name and your kids name are on file for ever.. We are under staffed they say!!!!! Oh we are still under staff !!!! That's why they can't move my days to see my kids. But yet , they're still at your home trying to take your kids or at the schools talking to them with out you knowing! This is the way they play. 2 years and going, and still have not seen the end of this, yet they take their time and then tell you that you are slowing things down! They do not cry with or about you or ask how you feel about what is going on or ask how the day is. Well, ask what they like in their coffee or friend them up. Don't let them see that they are getting to you. They'll just make it harder for you in the long run. Always be on time, under staff or not. The less they can say bad about you, the better. It works. I do it all the time. It helps you find out whats going on , on their side of things. This all helps to get your kids back. The big thing is, to keep your head up and smile!
It took over two years to get my kids out of care and now they say it'll take 5 years or more to fight before they are in my care. Madness is all I know now! We Need change in the CAS and in the Family Court. We Need to Put a stop to CAS. Family Courts kill Families and make money off our lost kids.
We are families! We are not a money option! We do not give are kids up! .They stripped everything from us be (NGO).. They get paid to put kids into care!
Yes, christian but try to get a group of people to stand up and fight back through peaceful means or even to support a mother or a father in need of support to show these people that they are not alone.Please you will see the result and that is our toughest battle to be able to fight back, no support when it really counts, it's good and dandy to be online and post and post but what about actually getting involved, where are you people and why are you afraid to stand up and fight for what you really believe in ?
